National Construction & Remedial (NCR) were contracted to waterproof 680m2 over 13 roofs of a building in Emerald Lakes, Carrara QLD. The new roof membrane needed to look good but also be strong enough to stand up to the harsh coastal weather.
The failed membrane was ground off, exposing the concrete slab. All cracks in the concrete slab were ground out and sealed, preparing the surface for the new membrane.
NCR installed a polyurethane-based waterproofing membrane to the roof, that was foot trafficable and UV stable.
